PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Seven Pines Medical Office Building is designed as a welcoming and modern healthcare destination within a growing master planned community. The project blends subtle historic references with a clean, contemporary palette that supports Baptist Health’s identity. A sweeping stair anchors the atrium and creates a strong visual connection between levels, bringing natural light deep into the building. Public spaces are organized for clarity and comfort, with warm materials, soft seating, and intuitive circulation that helps patients and families navigate the space with ease. Clinical areas are planned for efficiency and long term durability, using finishes that support heavy daily use while maintaining a calm and cohesive look. Throughout the project, the team worked closely with E4H and Brasfield and Gorrie to ensure that the original design intent remained visible from early sketches through construction.
