PROJECT OVERVIEW

The RGRD office renovation creates a refined, client‑focused environment that blends classic legal‑office formality with modern architectural detailing. IDC reorganized key program areas, including partner and associate offices, multiple conference rooms, meeting spaces, reception, and staff support zones, to improve workflow, acoustics, and circulation across both floors. The design introduces rich wood accents, marble‑inspired surfaces, integrated lighting, and curated artwork to establish a warm, sophisticated aesthetic. Branding plays a central role: the signature RGRD red bar is woven into signage, wall features, and high‑profile architectural moments to reinforce identity throughout the space. Updated technology, optimized desk layouts, and enhanced power/data infrastructure support daily operations, while comfortable lounge zones and client‑facing rooms elevate the professional experience. The result is an inviting, authoritative workplace that reflects the firm’s values and strengthens client confidence.
